If Tai rewarded us with coffee and Treats after training I would give him 10 stars:)) Tai is a great trainer. I met him and immediately felt that he is invested in training you to be the best you can be, whether for agility, improving performance for sport or simply injury prevention, Tai is the Guy? His knowledge and dedication along with an easy going, fun personality makes it easier to jump out of bed and get to the gym. Guaranteed you will have no regrets. Thank you for Training Me Tai!!!

Tai is one of the most knowledgable and passionate strength and conditioning coaches I have ever worked with. I come from an elite sports training background and went to Tai in order to improve performance in my sport and to help me re-balance my body after a number of sporting injuries. His programs are challenging, but not demoralising. It has been a pleasure working with Tai and after just a few weeks, I feel like I am on the right track.

I've been working with Tai for almost 2 months and he has designed a fantastic program based around my sport. His strength program has helped to strengthen my knee from a hyper extension more than any of my physio sessions. I'm feeling stronger than ever coming into my upcoming season and a ton of credit is due to Tai's expertise. Tai also has a fantastic personality and over our time working together we have developed a great bond.

Tai is a legend. A friend recommended I come to his classes after ACL surgery. His classes have been an awesome way to get back into functional movements and overall strength in a supportive fun class. I have been also seeing him one on one at the gym and I have had massive improvements in strength, agility and recovery. Tai is very well versed in rehab methods and caters each session to what is going on with you. 110% recommend anyone who is has had a surgery and looking for a program or help getting back faster to the things you love doing. As a former Canadian National Snowboard Team member, I’m used to training at a high level. Training with Tai is no exception. His expertise working with athletes and developing programs for their sports is exceptional. Not only has Tai been instrumental in helping me come back from ACL knee surgery, he has been incredible at developing a program to get me stronger and more powerful for mountain biking. Working with Tai is motivating and I can see how the hard work is paying off when I ride. I highly recommend Tai for anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Tai has been great to work with and instrumental in helping me overcome a recurring patellar tendinopathy and then building me back to better than I was before the injury. I'm happy to be working with someone as knowledgeable as Tai to be able to ski to my potential and avoid injuries in the future.

"My son started training with Tai two years ago and it has been the biggest game-changer for both his sport performance and general health. He had a painful knee condition called Osgood-Schlatter disease, which is a condition that causes pain and swelling below the knee joint and is common to many high-performance male athletes at that age. Tai's advice for him to strengthen his knee with controlled weight training under Tai's close supervision actually went against the prevalent physiotherapist advice for my son to take it easy and wait to outgrow the condition. Tai's​​ recommended course of graduated strength training informed by him watching over my son's ability to keep his form just made so much sense. Tai's advice was so clearly based on his success training athletes on the world circuit and his doctoral studies in kinesiology, that I had total confidence. It has paid off and then some...My son's Osgoode-Schlatter disappeared within the month of knee specific weight-training and Tai's philosophy of building the athlete's body up to meet the specific demands of their sport, which in my son's case is freestyle skiing, has yielded his improvement in both his performance and his ability to recover from the injuries inherent in such a high-risk sport. I am ever grateful for the care Tai takes to mentor my son on a training philosophy that truly empowers the athlete.

Tai is amazing!! Not only is he super knowledgeable about fitness, training and injury recovery, he will also go the extra mile to find out information that will help you if he does not know the answer. Tai was my saviour when I tore my ACL. He helped me before and after surgery and without his knowledge I would not have recovered as quickly. His devotion and dedication to helping me is indescribable and I would recommend Tai to anyone, injury or not.
