Personne ne m'a répondu au téléphone non plus... ennuyeux quand on a un colis important à récupérer.
 The times indicated are not respected. At least in the morning, if you have a UPS package to pick up, I would recommend considering an evening drop-off. This is the only time I saw it open.
No one answered the phone either ... annoying when you have an important package to collect.
