★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using a grow consultant that was very close with this company I was told to buy over $7500 worth of lights, when I found out these were the wrong type of lights, and that I had bought way too many, I tried to return the lights as soon as possible. The man that owns T and T told me that there would be a 25% "RESTOCKING FEE". They also proceeded to tried to sell me a more expensive lights using shady sales tactics. After I called Gavita(the light manufacturer), they insured me that this wasn't true, and that they do not in fact have "restocking fees", just shipping fees. If your a new grower I wouldn't go here because in my opinion they don't try and help the customer grow better. They are more concerned with profits, and will neglect customers needs for favor of more money. This place is also very messy and things aren't organized well in the store. It makes for a less then exciting experience to learn how to grown well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place in Edmonton I would recommend for hydroponic or inert medium growing. It is a decently sized shop that feels small just due to the shear amount of product inside, but the guys there know exactly what you want and where everything is. A brilliant experience that I drive from the opposite end of the city for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to upgrade my grow light to a California light works solar extreme 500 and asked several times if it would be a good fit for my 3x3 tent. I was assured that it would be a good fit for my set up so I decided to make the purchase as it was a lot cheaper than the other local Hydro shops. I brought the light home and and set it up the next day after work and quickly realized the light was way to hot for my 3x3. I called first thing in the morning to ask if i could return the light or exchange it for a better fit and I was quickly cut off and rudely told no returns. They then tried to up sell me on a more expensive light and better exhaust system and then hung up. Please use these guys with caution they are extremely un professional. Much better service at lite it up or hydro lite.

So I really recommend T&T for anyone who needs to buy quality supplies for their garden.. any kind of garden you've got these folks can help you grow, My last review, I said they didn't have what I was looking for, what I didn't mention was the fact they had sold me on an alternative product , I left that out before because the results were up in the air. It's May now, and I'll tell ya, I almost had a complete die off of my crop when I was 2 weeks into veg. There was nobody in Canada who could get the product I was searching for by the time I needed it, which was basically instant. Little did I know my plants were already nutrient locked because my nutrients had gone off balance and I was still looking for the product to straighten it back out. Well these geniuses convinced me, taught me, that I had a couple other options and I went with a product that they recommended. My plant recovered and literally exploded back to life, what should have been about 2 weeks setback ended up costing me only a couple of days and if I'm really honest it was closer to 24 hrs than it is to 36 or 48. Thanks T&T my babies are alive and now I even have a cool shamrock growing in my tent with the rest of the plants.. and it's been blooming constantly for about 5 or 6 months.
