★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called T Gouttières to repair a small piece of façade of my house. After coming on site and claiming that they could execute the work, I was provided with a quote saying that they will need to order custom parts to complete the work. I agreed and confirmed by providing a deposit. After waiting over 3 months for "parts" to be received, T Gouttières came on site and then claimed that they are unable to execute the work and could only offer a temporary solution. Not only did I lose 4 months waiting for the job to be executed, but I only got a temporary fix and got charged the full amount quoted. On top of that, the contractors pierced a hole in my window causing water infiltration that now has to be repaired. DO NOT HIRE.
