S	Steven Thiessen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are open till 4:30. There is also an employee that is rude and disrespectful every time I have to deal with them. It is unfortunate that it is the only place in Oliver to recycle cans and bottles.

P	Ptricia Smithsonian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice man who works there .the younger fellow. although there is a language barrier his body language ,eyes etc always shows kindness and id helpful . other older man NOT so much i recently went to do some bottles then i moved around as i recycled batteries, bags, Styrofoam. it was not any different than what other people were doing. When i was done i cleaned up my area , washed my hands and went outside. My freind had been watching my dog and had been in the back alley playing ball. i took the plastic container in and two bags i had missed and washed my hands and i left again. i got my cart loaded answered two texts and this man pulled up and asked if i could run his three peices of recycling in. i took it in for him it was styrofoam , paper and batteries , i went back outside and the owner came out the older man and he said you cant come here any more because you are wandering and you steel, i was upset as this had been time number three where he was accusing me of wandering and steeling. he said he had video and i oh no you dont. then he said well ok but you wander all over . i said how am i supposed recycle if im not allowed to leave the sorting table. he just said it again. i said everyone else wanders around. then he said well you came back in,,i was upset and i raised ,y voice and told him i was recycling and i also helped a senoir bringing in his stuff for him, he just shook his head and said fine come again but dont wander

Honestly, even if I lived in penticton,my recyclables would be brought here for following reasons.... 1) absolutely GREAT service especially the gentleman from Pizza Rolla (wish I knew ur name). Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great job,my friend. 2) don't have to spend extra time removing caps from bottles. 3) cans dont have to be cleaned and uncrushed. They take can and bottles in any condition. 4) very clean and organized building. Especially the washrooms Only thing I'd suggest as an improvement would be the addition of maybe 2-4 more sorting tables Other than that great business and people to go with it . Thanks to u all
J	Joshua Carrapita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They like to close early and don't accept anything anymore even if it's still 15 minutes before closing. Also they told me it takes them twenty minutes to count a 135l garbage bag full of cans so bring some time if you have a few bags.

I am so close to reporting this to the better business bureau. If they do not pay me according to what I bring in next time; I Will be taking these steps.
