★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a personal amp beginning December and was promised that it would be in before Christmas. I called in about once a week to see if it was in. Finally, the Friday before Christmas, I was getting a little upset and I was informed that there was an order that came in BUT those who had special ordered them came first ( quite snotty). I informed him that I was one of those people who had special ordered. There was a silence and then he asked my name and confirmed that I had ordered. I still, as at January 15th, 2018 have not received my order.

Every time I go in there I see the owner helping people. Also a good place to bring an instrument to get set up, repaired or tuned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only ever got strings once and a stand for my acoustic guitar. Both occasions we're enjoyable and professional. Staff seemed very pleasant and ready to help. Large selection to entice. Decent layout. Got a quote for basic setup and adjustments on an electric for $80 approximately. Will keep in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing guitars and amps from Trail for many years, how he manages to keep the selection he has is beyond me.
He is competitive with the pricing and has been cheaper than importing from the U.S.
I have had no issues with late shipments but this is an issue all throughout the peace.
I have ordered custom guitars that were not even available in Canada but Trail pulled it off somehow.
I have had nothing but good experiences from this music store and hope he continues for many more years. This review is for providing a good service to musicians and a thank you for making shopping locally an option.
