★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is excellent. In my opinion the best in town. However, the manager Lisa is terrible to deal with. It has been a fight since day 1 for reimbursements that were owed or mistakes on their end. Shes extremely difficult. Piss poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff aren’t trained adequately and when situations arise don’t know how to deal with them. Manager will refuse to take calls and just get staff to deal with it. Use to be a fantastic establishment however new management or lack of staff have caused this place to go downhill.
