★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this spa. I was super scared of having pedicures done. My first experience, else where, was very unpleasant. I have now found a staff I can trust not to hurt me. Everything is SUPER clean! Their steam spa is amazing and clean and their message therapists are amazing! The price is right for all the services I’ve used and their front staff is amazing and organized. Always feel calm and welcomed. Will always recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've NEVER had a bad massage here no matter who was my massage therapist. There massage rooms are nice and the massage tables are warm (I think heated). We love the steam rooms and the front desk girsl are always so welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to love this place!!! I recently had yet another massage, mediocre at best, my concerns weren’t listened to and I left with knots still in my problem places. I described need to de stress my neck and shoulders and most time was spent on my glutes??? I asked why but there was a language barrier which also sucks. I like this place for the products, would love if they ever found a deep tissue therapist that knew what they were doing. Go for relaxation massage and possibly be prepared to instruct your masseuse the entire time. I’ve given it too many times...I’ll be going elsewhere next time as my needs are never met. The ladies however are an amazing staff and I do recommend going for relaxation massage and fun products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in for a pedicure and Paige listened to my preferences and then read me, her client, very well! She kept the casual banter to a bare minimum and I almost dozed off as I melted into the chair, enjoyed the soothing music and the total peacefulness as we were fortunate enough to have the room to ourselves! Paige did a quality job and also provided me with an exceptional spa experience!! I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had nice staff, but I went for a lash lift and tint and they permed my bottom lashes by accident and now, two weeks later, they're still crimped. I can't wear mascara on the bottom it makes it 10x worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, clean place. They also accommodated my Service dog and offered assistance if she needed any. Their level of service was truly amazing! I was beyond impressed and will definitely be back. It was a very relaxing and truly wonderful experience, I highly recommend Sylvan Steam & Spa! ( one tip is to ask them to assist u with controlling the steam flow switch because u don't want it to flow at 100% for ur entire visit otherwise ur change room will become too steamy/hot)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went for her first manicure as we were off on a vacation. She paid the extra money for gel polish. Come day 4, the polish was lifting and peeling off the back. Because we were on vacation, she didn't call the spa to inquire. Upon our return from vacation, day 12 from having mani, she called the spa. The receptionist told her that a gel polish should last about 4 weeks. My wife asked if they would fix or refund. The receptionist was rude and gave excuse after excuse. Receptionist said she would ask the owner but my wife never had any response. Now day 15, my wife went into the spa. Same lady, would do nothing. My wife asked if they would at least remove the gel polish. Again, receptionist was rude and said she'd call the owner. Never heard back. Wife called the next day and receptionist said they would remove the polish. Very disappointed in this spa, their services and customer care! Do not waste your money!
