★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max loves it here. My daughter and I are very comfortable in our space and we got great neighbours too. The staff are all nice and professional. Perfect location downtown and is even walkable to most business establishments and parks. My adult daughter rented two apartments in Swift Current a few years ago and one in Lethbridge all under Avenue Living. I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always wonderful to deal with! Never had any big issues but always had quick thoughtful responses when needed.
I would also like to add that I always had prompt and caring service from Misty, even on her days off. If there were ever small hiccups, I felt heard and taken care of. Every company and tenant would be lucky to have her.

Absolutely amazing. The people there are very helpful nice and kind specially Misty is so amazing lady I love her she’s doing a nice job.Misty is a very responsive and action taken immediately. She’s been hardworking to ensure the tenants are safe and well looked after. She’s is very proactive and good communication I m very impress of her doing a great job at Avenue Living Swift current. I would recommend this company and great workers.

She took the time to make a connection and find an apartment that suites us just perfectly! It also helps that the maintenance is fast! Such a professional and dedicated business. Wouldn’t want to rent with anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misty made the process of finding a place easy and enjoyable. Since then, she and the staff (like John Paul, the maintenance man) have been responsive to the couple of issues I had. They take care of the common areas and when I moved in, I had an opportunity to clean before moving in but I found that whomever had cleaned my place before I moved in had done a great job. My building is quiet and I haven't had any issues with the others in it. I would definitely recommend Avenue Living!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misty is amazing! She works around the clock to ensure the tenants are safe and well looked after. She helped my daughter and I in find the perfect place for us. Misty is extremely professional & knowledgeable and since meeting her I consider her as a friend as well. Nathan and the Maintenance staff have been wonderful and are always willing to deal with any issues we have in the suite. Renting from Avenue Living has been a dream thus far!
