★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SweptAway has always cleaned our house with the care and attention that they would do in their own living space. Over the course of the last 18 months, we hadn't been able to have them full time like we did in the past. The SweptAway team was able to find space available to accommodate our adhoc cleaning requests. Even just a couple cleans over the last year has been done so with the same care and attention that they had done in the past. Now that we are in a situation where we can welcome them back full time, I am so thankful again that they could fit us in their busy schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a cleaning company that does half the job, shows up half the time, but is always full of excuses for not showing up, doesn’t provide you the common courtesy they would be late or advise you they are going to show after the scheduled time of arrival until well after they should have arrived, then this is the company you want to hire. When they finally showed up, after missing 2 cleans, I advised them that I was not happy with their clean and provided them with examples on what I was not happy with. I received a rude response. I wanted to fire them that very day, but I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake! I have been working with cleaning companies for many years on my rental properties as well as my home and this is by far the worst company I have worked with.

I'm definitely addicted to how incredibly nice and clean my place looks now and I will hire them regularly for upkeep. Highly recommend.
