Swept Space Cleaning

Hired Swept space to clean an apartment I was finished renting. They were timely and courteous - and the result was very good. Would have no hesitation in hiring Swept Space again or recommending them to others for cleaning jobs.

Had Swept Space come by to clean my place for a move out clean. All I can say is wow. From start to finish they did a great job. Dan the owner did a walk through with me after it was completed to ensure my satisfaction and the cleaners were friendly and cordial. Overall I would highly recommend.

What can I say? I was a reluctant and picky customer who was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of this small company. I wanted the job done once and right- 5000 square foot character home to sparkle for an unexpected move out. This was a tall order considering my standards and the hurried nature of the timing required. The house had multiple kitchens, bathrooms, character detail, woodwork, hardwood flooring, carpets to be cleaned, types of windows... the list goes on and on but the mission was beautifully accomplished. Swept space came recommended through a local property management company as the dream team and I can now see why... they are simply excellent. The property management company obviously deals with lots of customers, cleaners and move outs so I trusted their opinion as I did not want nor have the time to clean a 2nd time (this has happened with previous move outs and weekly cleaners sadly!). I had initially planned to be there every second of the day to ensure a deep cleaning job was done not just a surface clean (did I mention I was picky) but after the first hour I felt comfortable and confident in their skill level and dedication to the job to leave them to their work. I did check back unexpectedly a couple of times and always found them hard at work. The cleaners were a delight to deal with and literally sang while they worked. The house sparkled and I did not even feel the need to check every nook and cranny as I 100 % trusted the quality of their workmanship. This says something for a type a person like me!. I actually needed to go back twice in the next couple of days for mail and was amazed each time at the quality of their final results. It was a delight to just see their efforts and admire their hard work. These folks CLEANED and are a credit to their profession!!! I can say at last that I have found a cleaning company I plan to continue to use when I am in need of a second set of hands to maintain my new home not just for spring cleaning and move-outs. It's a relief to find someone who will care for your home as though it was their own. I can't thank them enough for their job well done and making my unexpected move out go smoother than I could have dared hope. I'll be in touch to book again at my new place once I'm unpacked! We hired Swept Space to clean our home prior to listing it for sale. Lucas was really responsive and flexible with the timing, which helped immensely when we were coordinating so many things last week. Heather arrived right on time and must have worked extremely hard to get our place looking cleaner than when we purchased it. My wife was blown away when she saw it. The value that we received was incomparable so other services we've contracted in the past. I'm so glad we decided to bring in Swept Space instead of attempting a deep clean ourselves.

Cleaner was absolutely amazing. The owner sent us the invoice promptly after the service. No problem there. The invoice was marked as due within 14 days. So we thought great, we'll pay before the date due as per the invoice. Within a couple of days, we had multiple text messages requesting immediate payment directly from the owner. Customer service tip: in the future, if you wrongly appoint a due date on your invoice, don't make it my problem. That's your problem.

How is there a one star rating?! That’s absurd. Swept Space went above and beyond with cleaning my house. I found their services very professional and the cleaning is at an even higher standard than my own. The owners are very prompt at responding, great at communication and their cleaners do amazing work. I would highly recommend Swept Space to anyone, as they are trustworthy and reliable. I’m extremely pleased with the services and I will continue to use Swept Space for all my cleaning needs.

I hired Swept space to do a move out clean of my rental apartment when I purchased my home. I had gotten quotes from other companies for cleaning and for carpet cleaning. These guys were able to do it all in one day. They matched the best price I had gotten for carpet cleaning and gave a reasonable quote for the rest of the cleaning. They were courteous and professional at all times with great communication, always on time and did excellent quality of work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.
