★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing vacation spot. We were looking last year for a new place, since the place we used on paudash decided to raise rates over 60 percent in 2 years. We emailed Donna, and asked to come see, and with out hesitation she said yes... we toured the grounds, and decided it would be perfect for our family and extended family.. We needed 5 cottages, Donna worked with other guest and was able to get a week that we could come here. Upon arrival we were greated with the 2 most friendliest people I've ever met, and made to feel right at home! My niece was sick the first night, and Donna gladly let us use her washer and dry, Wayne also let us know he had some free worms for fishing that someone left behind! Tbh I am not sure what the 3 neg reviews have a beef with, but it sounds personal.. This place is amazing! Fair and honest! Already booked for next year again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful cottage my family and I go to yearly! Wayne and Donna keep the place up to highest standards while also making it feel like a home away from home. Love spending time at the beach and fishing in Baptiste Lake. Cottage has all the necessaties to cook in the kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, etc. Would definitely recommend coming here for a cottage vacation in Bancroft Ontario. See you next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go for the day whenever I am up north Wayne and Donna are the owners and are friends with my grandparents and it was awesome i like to come during the summer and fall. Its a very quiet place on the lake great for kids and pets nice beach and good fishing. if you are going to go on vacation in Bancroft this is the place to go, it is also great for swimming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been coming for 16 years, with the 17th booking this summer.Our kids grew up coming to this spot. Perfect area for swimming, fishing, peace and quiet. The cottages are comfortable, well stocked. Wayne and Donna a great hosts, and if you need something always there to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful weed free beach, beach toys for the kids and paddle boards/ canoe/ pedal boat for adults. Plenty of lifejackets of all sizes. There is a fishing boat to rent for a reasonable fee. Cottages are lovely, very clean and owners are very accommodating. Fire wood is provided, kitchen towels, soaps with full kitchen. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time staying at Sweet Dreams on Baptiste and Donna and Wayne are the nicest, friendliest and most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their water front cottages are so cozy and most importantly, so clean and well kept. The cottages have everything you need and the private beach has all the fun toys! Canoes, kayak, paddle boats/boards, etc. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst owners ever they are lazy and barely clean or repair anything in the cabins its held together with duc tape which is pathetic wayne is a drunk who drives around in his golf cart drunk so be careful and donna is a two face witch who cant be trusted horrible establishment DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
