N	NIGEL TABER-HAMILTON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived for noon ferry with reservation at 1045am. The toll booth worker said "I can definitely get you on 11am ferry on the bottom standby deck." She wasn't even close to being right. I went back to her after we didn't get on; she essentially said "too bad." I went to the administration office, where helpful person refunded my ticket and told me to leave the dock and re-enter, paying for a second time. By now, reserved space was very full, meaning I was at the back of the reserved deck, not the front, as would have been the case if I had stuck with my reservation. It also stressed out my wife big time. I'm giving a 2 star rating only because of the helpful person in administration. My advice: don't trust a tollbooth worker when they say anything like "I can definitely get you on this ferry if you give up your space on the next ferry." Stick with your original reservation. Its a shame for BC ferries also - they need to have employees giving out accurate information that the traveling public can trust, rather than what happened to me. I will certainly not trust this sort of information from BC Ferries in the future.

Bought our tickets ? near the entrance and walked to a waiting area and boarded when the ferry ⛴ was ready. It was a smooth boarding and a pleasant trip from Twassen to Swartz Bay. The ferry ⛴. Itself was comfortable with lots of seating and open spaces. Went up to top deck to go outside, it was great ? but a little windy. There is a restaurant and gift shop. Washroom facilities are available and the ferry was clean also and well lit. I have made the trip several times over the years and have always enjoyed the experience both walking ?? on and driving on.

K	Kevin Ao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as many options as the Vancouver ferry for shopping and food. There a small coffee shop and couple of washrooms and few tables to sit. The ferry itself is still nice has a food court that still open but buffet is closed.

I booked ahead, I arrived at the terminal on time, gave my last name, get my ticket, then board...see very easy I tell ya! Freindly and welcoming staff. They tell you where you are to be...making sure after you checked in you actually board the Ferries. Keep up the good work.

For those who await their ferry trip to Metro Vancouver, the facility has a cafe, washrooms, stalls selling food and goods produced by local artisans, craft makers, and artists. I found it fascinating and amazed to see the creative works by these skilled people. For those with children, there is a small playground nearby that the kids will enjoy, which helps keep them active and happy. As this route sees the largest volume of traffic, three ships of their fleet services this route to ensure the smooth flow of traffic on this route. Because of this volume of traffic , I recommend booking a reservation for your vehicle and passengers on the crossing day and time of your choice. In this way, you won't end up waiting a number of crossings before getting on board. With the facilities and shops here, the wait for your crossing at this terminal can be a pleasant experience.
