He doesn't care a damn if you buy or not..WOW If we did this in our business we would close down in a blink...NEVER NEVER go there.

He did not care that we had just driven 30 minutes to pick up a sign that he said he had but did not even have in stock. He did not seem to care of we took our business elsewhere and rolled his eyesultiple times during the time we spent there. Ended up having to purchase signs here even though the we xperiencem was horrible. Maybe it was an off day for him but I will not go back to this store.

He then got rude with me and said how is that expensive, tell me what a for sale sign costs... I asked why he's being so rude and he hung up on me. Lost my business. I would never give money to someone as unprofessional as this. I'd give zero stars if I could
S	Sara Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to actually change my review. I sent payment info and they missed it and didn't start my print. Now I need them TOMORROW. Talked to the owner who was pleasant and helpful. I think that if I had been confrontational when I called, I might have had a different outcome, but we both just quickly agreed that going over whose fault it was doesn't solve anything and what can we do now? He's rushing them for us, and they will be ready on time. Every place makes mistakes. I make mistakes in my own business because I'm human. It's how they fix them that counts. These people deserve a good review for good customer service. I'll be using them again for sure.
