★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived five minutes early for a 9 am appointment. Two stylists were busy with clients so I called out “good morning” and sat down to wait my turn. I was booked with Sarah. Nobody acknowledged me or spoke to me again while I waited. At 9:30 I got up and left. Terrible customer service.
