★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sutton reality is an awful business.They rent out houses that are falling apart or full mold.They do not take of the places and do not care.When you have to move out do to very poor living conditions that have effected your health etc.Everyone I have talked to have never got damage deposit back with having to obtain a lawyer or by suing them.There are 2 old ladies Norma Leslie and Gwen Lee they are rude nasty ladies.I would Beware renting from them.I know just going though fighting with Norma over Damage and a house that is literally falling apart and full mold.Do not rent house at 4902 44 st Stettler.It is a dump and unsafe.I give this business lowest rating possible.Bad real estate office to Rent from or Buy from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed they have had a poor review for a long time so I decided to give a review. They are the only place in Stettler, AB that will do rental property management (as far as I know). I have them looking after a Condo unit I own there and they have done a great job!!! I haven't been able to sell it but at least it has been steadily rented and looked after.
