I have known of Diven for several years, but I had not had the pleasure of working with him until recently. The real estate market in the lower mainland is crazier than usual, and if you want to get into a home, you need someone who is going to fight for it on your behalf! I was struggling to understand this crazy market, and my sister suggested I contact Diven, as he had put her in her first home just a couple of years back. When I called Diven, I didn't really have a plan in place, I just had 100 questions for him about the markets, and how to present a strong offer and what to look for. He was so patient, answering my questions, reviewing properties with me, making sure that my expectations were realistic, and that I had my financing in place before anything else. A few short weeks after connecting with Diven, I found a townhouse in the area where i grew up, and I knew it was the "one." I contacted Diven, and said "this is the one I want", and he said "well then lets get it for you." He worked hard, connected with the realtor, made sure that my offer was accepted, read through all the strata documents, answered questions, met with me personally several times, and closed the deal. Even after his job was done, he's still working hard to ensure that my transition from renter to home owner is a smooth one.
