It does not matter which company he works for I will follow him. He is Willing to present all offers I write and all all offers I receive that in itself is rare. He has showed many many homes in the class of home I am wanting to buy. Bart is layed back but is all business when the money is on the table. When an offer is made everything is done in his power to complete the deal. He is everything you could ask of an agent. Hard working and honest. Regards Tom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were selling our house without a Realtor when Allen Clewes brought us a buyer. My husband and I have sold and bought many house without a realtor but did deal with the buyers or sellers realtor. Dealing with Allen Clewes, we feel that it was the worst experience we have ever had. We found him non-communicative (late deposit cheque 8 days after the fact) and kept saying to us that "this happens all the time" (which we feel in not accurate), "if we had a realtor there won't be this issues" and my favorite "That's between the lawyers" (washing is hands of any issues). My husband and I feel that Allen Clewes went out of his way to prove to us that only realtor can buy or sell and the general public has no business doing this on our own. My husband and I feel that if you are planning on representing yourself buyer or selling a house to be very careful dealing with Allen Clewes at Sutton.

He was always on time too. I just felt confident throughout the whole process. I am never moving again but would recommend Bart to anyone.

Scott Lowater was trying to force us out of our rental so he could post a property. Then continued to be very rude to my wife and I. Right in the middle of her recovery from surgery. He got his wish! We were so sick of him booking multiple viewings a day and then not let us know if they canceled. In the middle of COVID and her recovery. Thanks Scott for being so inconsiderate of us and our family! 3 months ahead on rent with the landlord and our lease wasn’t even up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home just closed yesterday, and I wanted to say a huge, and I mean HUGE, thank you to Allen Clewes for the immensity of the amount of work he did to have my home sold.
I haven't even been to Lethbridge since long before the home sold, and renters wound up leaving it trashed, soot all over the place, garbage propane tanks and rusted out barbecue and plus all my old junk, he took care of everything by hand himself with the help of his wife. I actually bought it from him six years ago for an incredibly fair price then he sold it for me for way more money.
I really wish I could give more stars. Fantastic man, fantastic customer service, handled all the legal and his brother actually redid the cabinetry for me for a song.
