★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No B and B could ever be as good as Sutherland! My husband and I have gone a few times and just love our experience! Always clean, quiet and the best breakfast. Pam always has made us feel so welcome and let us pick our breakfast time. This year we decided to do something a little different and go to a B and B in Osoyoos. It just didn’t compare to Sunderland. We will be back every year!

This B&B has got it all: amazing spacious and super comfortable interior with everything one needs provided, and a breathtaking view from the garden patio overseeing Lake Okanagan. Pam and Gary, the hosts, know how to treat guests well - from the tiniest of details taken care of to the delicious mouthwatering breakfasts that Pam served up beautifully every morning. What a great experience and memory. I'll be back for sure :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! The view is stunning! Garden is so cozy and it's just beautiful. Breakfast was really good too and the host is great and very nice. I stayed with my mum, grandma and boyfriend. We are definitely going back!
