Based on how I was treated in my limited contact with the Edmonton office I would never get work done from them nor would I work for them. I applied for the Account Manager job, received an email about an interview and was asked to confirm that I could come in the next day. The email stated the appt would be at 6pm because they assume I’m employed elsewhere. I replied within seconds that I could make the appt, and that I wasn’t employed elsewhere and could do earlier. No reply. I called the next day to ask if my email was received and to ask if the job was strictly commission based (I didn’t see the point of wasting my time or the interviewers time bc I wouldn’t take it if it was just commission). I spoke to a young man who was extremely rude and over the phone call before it even begun and as someone whose worked multiple sales & customer service jobs I’m confused as to how he’s employed in such a field. I asked if my email was received, if the interviewer was available to speak to me and if the job was commission based since he would not answer the above. He said they only communicate through email - which i am totally fine with if my emails were replied to. He went on to say they probably didn’t reply because they don’t want to schedule a different time. I asked why they couldn’t just send me an email that said that or sent and email replying to my question about commission. He said because they don’t want to. Um....okay? I then asked for him to just answer my question because I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. The call starting cutting in and out and he hung up. I called back moments later and explained I couldn’t hear him. He said the job is no longer available. This is at 10 AM the day of my interview (the day after i received the email to come in for 6 PM). Interesting. I thought they didn’t want to conduct earlier interviews? Wasn’t that why they didn’t reply to my email? So I laughed and asked when the job was filled. And he said “right now just got the text”. It’s not hard to be honest. It’s not hard to reply to emails. And it’s definitely not hard to treat everyone with respect whether they’re a client or not. Honestly, from the first call and from the way he was speaking to me (literally leaving me speechless at times) I was very off put and was questioning if I would even go in to the interview. It’s one thing to not see an email, it’s another to completely ignore. A simple “Hi sorry, we can’t do an earlier interview” would have sufficed. And I would’ve come in for the 6pm no problem. But that wasn’t even going to stop me from coming in, it was the phone calls. I wouldn’t want to work for or around people like that individual. Hours later I was sent another email asking to confirm (so i guess the position wasn’t filled....interesting!) I feel like he could’ve just been like “I’m not sure why they’re not getting back to you I’ll contact them and have them do so” or transfer my call? Literally anything? I’m also not sure why there isn’t a secretary to answer calls instead of people out on jobs? I’d hate to see how he interacts with potential clients or existing clients or what would happen if there was an undercover boss situation. If a 0 was possible it would’ve been given. And this was on December 19th 2019 around 10:45AM. Enjoy & Good luck. :)

These guys can't keep a schedule, they cut corners, the left lights in our bays unlit or unchanged for days, they don't clean up after themselves. They make claims they're electricians. Ask to see any of their Journeyman tickets and they most definitely will not be able to produce one. Whatever these guys try to sell you, rest assured they are not qualified to offer it.
