β β β β β Food is tasty but VERY bad service.
Their soy sauce tastes a little sweet instead of dead salty and I love that, main reason why I return again. Order ahead online give points. However, their service is consistently BAD. Workers acting like they donβt want me in the door.
1st visit: As I wait for my order there, a lady before me returned to complain about her missing items - a set of maki
2nd visit: took 20min longer than what they told me
3rd visit: ordered ahead but still did not get my food on time
4th visit: my order is finally done on time and is sitting on the desk, but WITHOUT WASABI (I did not choose βno wasabiβ option cz I love it)
I have no problem with this brand but hell, the worker at this specific location is so bad, makes it painful to order here.

β β β β β If someone wants to waste their time and money, i will refer them to this restaurant. They donβt even deserve 1 stars. Most unprofessional staff i have ever seen. There were 2 ladies there, Placed my order at 7.20, they said 20minutes, waited and went back to restaurant, she said 10more minutes and again went back after 10minutes and she said 5more and after that same thing. A little bit more time, a little bit more time and both of them successfully wasted my 1hour for the preparation time of a small order. And after when they gave me the order there were no apologies and no thanks or anything. Most unprofessional staff.
Will never refer anyone and not return back to this location.

β β β β β Went to the location to order to see a sign outside that said the maximum capacity inside is 3 people, but a family of 5 was relaxing inside, with no food in sight. Masks were off. Waited at the door patiently, while the lady working behind the counter scrolled through her phone. It became clear the group there wasn't waiting on food or ordering, and we waited 15min before we could grab the attention of the worker, who allowed us to order at the door without entering. The spicy tune poke bowl I ordered ended up being very dry, with a cup of rice and barely any other toppings. Staff seemed completely unbothered by the making paying customers wait, and did not apologize. I believe they may have been violating the rules for inside capacity limits too.

β β β β β I just bought a combo, and it was horrible.
It seems like someone did them with their feet ???. It was definitely looking like something else except Sushi. I will never come back or buy again from this store, on the top of that the price is not justified.
Please save your money and run away from this place.

β β β β β The food wasn't bad, just not my favourite. The portions were good, we ordered a sushi burrito and some fried chicken. Super spicy though, but it was totally my fault! We just think that just one attendant to the whole store it's too hard! The attendant had to do all the food preparation and also work as cashier and cleaning...
