★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty meals made of fresh ingredients carefully prepared by well trained chefs is what you can expect from Sakura Sushi. It’s literally the best food I’ve had served to me in the city in over 16 years.
I tried the yam and shrimp tempura - perfectly cooked in fresh oil, pan fried gyoza (dumplings) the best I’ve had since being in Vancouver’s China Town and Beef Bulgogi which rivaled my favorite restaurant in New York.
I look forward to eating there in person in the future once COVID restrictions are reduced. In the mean time I’ll settle for delicious take out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best sushi I've ever had. I travel extensively in western Canada and this has to be the best sushi and sashimi I've had. Their teriyaki bowls and ramen is great too. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always our place to stop for incredible fresh Sushi and delicious Teriyaki. The kid emptied his Udon soup completely - take this as the biggest compliment! Best place in the Cariboo for Asian food. I never eat salad at a Sushi place but there. They are only closed on Sundays. Great menu opportunities for the whole family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in town for work and stopped in here for supper with a coworker. We were seated instantly, and service was prompt at every step. There was a very enjoyable feeling in the restaurant, with everyone around us laughing. The food was fantastic, I wish I was in town longer so I could try more dishes. The prices were very reasonable, too. Will certainly be back next time I'm around.
