★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wanted to try authentic vietnamese sandwich :worst experience half through my sandwich i realised meat not cooked . no taste asked for sauce not available. i ordered 2 shrimp rolls over reheated and and burnt i gave back half of my sandwich and they wanted to charge me for not eating my sandwich .overall no customer service no taste no food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, they don't have a machine for credit payment and ask for your credit card number over the phone.
I ordered sushi and waited over an hour and a half for my order, and finally i called to cancel. I asked the lady to cancel the payment but she never did so I had to wait over a month to make sure she reimbursed properly and had to call the credit card company many times.
She never reimbursed me so i had to file a complain to get my money back.
Having bad service is already one thing, but trying to steal people's money for a service that was never given is another.
Awful service and awful people. NEVER BUYING FROM THERE AGAIN AND WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE THE SAME THING.
