★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had takeout the first night and then dined in with my family the second night. The food was fresh and flavourful sushi and Korean dishes. I Will definitely order again when I'm in Nanaimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi, miso soup and tempura were all very good, tasty. I asked for extra ginger, did not get that - also no refills for tea or water. Need a fork due to mobility and it was plastic ?
Overall would recommend due to food not service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on the Island for business this week, and wound up staying unexpectedly in Nanaimo. It was the end of a long day and my dad and I were incredibly hungry, and I'll admit that neither of us had sushi on the brain - it just happened to be the closest restaurant. What a delightful surprise! The spicy tuna sashimi was delicious, the miso soup was like a warm hug, the seafood tempura was some of the best I've ever eaten, and the service was prompt and thoughtful. What a treat - thank you, Sushi Momiji, for such a lovely evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service, great food and good prices! The picture is of the volcanic dragon roll (we already had a piece when we thought of taking a picture). The seaweed in the rolls was nice and not chewy and everything tasted fresh. The service was a bit slow because there was lots of take out orders, but the service was friendly. I would highly recommend this place. You gotta try the spicy agodashi tofu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if we just caught them on a bad night, but our order from here was completely inedible. The tuna rolls were clearly made from canned tuna and the salmon was mushy and smelled off. We are quite disappointed and will not be ordering again.
