★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9am, beautiful and quiet. So many ducks, just chillin. Beautiful wildlife preserve, and a wonderful place to go early morning to reflect and meditate. Also has beautiful trail walks and so many wild birds. So thankful this beautiful reserve is so close to my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Surrey lake park about a month ago and it was quite lovely. Not 100% what I expected it to be but I suppose it was the season I chose to visit the lake. The place was impacted by recent snow fall, and the roads/benches were a bit muddy. Although, I still had a lovely time tho, the lake is a beautiful sight, and was very lively with wildlife. A nice place to go walking with the family if you don't mind a little bit of mud. Also a nice place for people to go biking. I bet this place is extra beautiful during the spring. Definitely somewhere I'd love to go visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this park. There was lots of different types of geese swimming on the lake. You can also walk on the mini trails. There is plenty of parking. I didn't see a bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a trail in nature. Doesn’t get crowded, so there is ample parking available.
You can hear and see lots of birds while going through the trail. The path is mostly gravel or mud, so it can get slippery in some portion.
The lake attracts migratory bird. Last time I saw turtles too.
Not much activity option for kids but still a nice easy trail for family with small kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide trails. Hard smooth gravel surface in a very scenic oasis in the middle of an Urban area. Lots of lake wildlife.

I enjoyed listening to birds sounds.

Nice to enjoy the weather and walking with birds and tree.
The lake was closed when we got there so we dont know if there is certain time to be open but even so you can still see the ducks and other people try to go in the bushes just to get in the lake.
The golf course is in the other side of the park so be careful on the golf ball to get hit.lol!
Overall it was a good exercise with kids and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice breeze adjacent to golf course. Trial pathway could have been maintained. When it rains it gets difficult to walk along. Parking is available is a added advantage. Adjacent golf course looks very beautiful. Varieties of birds in the lake. Pictures or boards placed for educational purpose. Could have added walking directions so that first time entrants gets a good understanding of how to proceed as there will be very less people available in the park to ask directions and also covid scare to socialize. But mind gets relaxed from the oxygen you get from the park trees and greens of golf course. There is a warning mentioned about flying golf balls so need to be careful and mindful while walking.
