Upon request they made some additional edits (after we already paid them) to help meet our compliance teams requirements and did so promptly and without additional charge, in our case. He did a wonderful job of capturing both the ruggedness of the west coast as well as the love and care we put into everything we do. I could not be happier with the service, professionalism and end product. I will be getting him to make a new video every foraging season highlighting one of the botanicals we use. After sharing that we wanted to feature the 2021 grads of my son's high school in a video, Shane volunteered his time to do this work. He arrived well prepared and was very much engaged with us to create a high-quality production video, including drone footage. He ensured he had all the necessary approvals for the shoot. His work demonstrated professionalism in the media arts and excellent citizenship as he was willing to give us his time without any expectations of anything in return. During this pandemic, we all need someone to show us a little love and Shane did this and more.
