My Neighbor recently had his roof redone and used this company to have the work done he told me the owner of the company was at his house with 2 others to inspect his house and give an estimate to him. When the Surenail roofing finished the inspection of roof they gave an estimate to him almost 4 hours later. My neighbor told me the owner wanted a lot of money also to fix all the leaks and broken roof vents ,and plugged drain gutters which caused rotten wood underneath shingles so my neighbor thought was a little bit exaggerated since his next door Neighbour's didn’t have the same problems from the damage caused by the hail storm . My neighbor got another estimate from another roofing company highly recommended from his Insurance and the company told him the roofing shingles needs replacement but not the wood and also there’s shingles cut with a knife and exposed wood from it and all drain spouts were plugged with shingles and McDonald’s cups and garbage also 3 roof vents looked like someone torn them apart with a pair of pliers because there was holes everywhere and looks like it was vandalized and asked my neighbour if anybody else has been on his roof recently because there’s garbage and damage not from hail storm . When he called Surenail roofing to confront them about what was found the owner was mad at him and told him he has a good reputation and no longer interested to do any work on his house anymore,and I didn’t want to believe I was hearing this be I was going to use this company Surenail roofing to fix my roof as well but not anymore after hearing all of this. Halloween night I was walking my young son across a street in the Ne ,and I was halfway through the intersection when I heard a loud engine and looked at a vehicle coming straight towards me and my son I had to grab my son quickly and run fast out of the way from being hit I’m glad we both made it out of there before we could have easily been hit,and as the vehicle passed I turned my head quickly to get license plate but vehicle was fast and it was too dark but I did notice it was a big white van with the company name that was in green writing that said Surenail Roofing . I called the company and the Police to report the bad dangerous driving of the vehicle what a shame! Terrible company

One star is overly generous. No option for zero or negative stars. Used them 3 years ago, after the hail storm. 2 months after they repaired my roof and siding, the siding started coming loose. It took me 2 months to get anyone to call me back. Just had my roof done again by another company a few days ago. He took pictures of what the roof looked like before and after he started. All the old roof pieces left in my gutters, a triangular piece of shingle was sticking out( had not been cut). No membrane was put under the shingles either. On top of all that, they broke my back doorbell and light fixture, but did not tell me, nor repair it. Shoddy job for a lot of money. Tempted to send pictures to insurance and see what they think.

Absolute quality work and best customer service I have experienced in along time. I highly recommend this Company to your roof. The crew showed up on time and cleaned after the job is done. I really appreciated the service. They are amazing

I sincerely appreciated the service I received. After the terrible hailstorm that that hit my home, I shopped around, sure nail roofing had comparable pricing. - I was recommended to them by a friend. The final outcome was a job well done! What put me over the top was, they fought on my behalf and negotiated a better settlement with my insurance company. Initially the appraiser was trying to lowball me, SureNail Roofing came in and completed their assessment, and got me a better deal, with materials of a better quality. Thank you again!
