★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for my D/A testing a few days ago. It is amazing how much work one person does compared to all the others. To the blond haired guy (didn't get a chance to interact with him to get his name), YOU are the reason this place gets 5 stars. Otherwise I wouldn't even be leaving a comment (I made an anonymous account just for this). Mainly from the outrageous profanities being yelled from the back office. Super unprofessional!!!! I assume you are one of the therapists that does the hands on body testing (I've been through that testing before) with the workout. While you were working to get people through, 3 others were standing up front talking/laughing/socializing. I even saw one person on their smart watch just sitting at the computer. What blew my mind the most was that the others were TELLING YOU to do most of the work while they just sat there. KUDOS to you for putting up with that.
So, to the blond haired guy, respond to this email (I made it just for you and will check it periodically). My brother owns a busy Physiotherapy clinic. If you would like a career change, let me know and I'll get you an interview with him!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have done pre access d&a here in edmonton. Staff that do the testing are horrible. I'm sorry I'm healthy and wasn't dehydrated enough for you. I'd rather pass on a job then be subjected to spending my day pissing over and over. The techs think they are doctors. Mind you doctors know what healthy urine looks like.6 hours is unacceptable for a d&a test.

I really enjoyed my experience there , staff made me feel comfortable especially my fitness trainer thomas. The Encouragement really did build my confidence in completeing my physical fitness, everyone was good to me . I would really visit this place again with joy because I know they treat you like family . Everything went smoothly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was nervous walking into my appointment after reading all the negative reviews, but I had nothing short of a positive experience. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and professional. The paperwork took just a few minutes to fill out and the questions were not at all invasive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well Not a great experience here once again. First off the email that was sent out to me had their head office address after driving there I had to drive another 30 minutes to the correct location. Then once you get there the staff doesn't acknowledge you instead they are making fun of other customers that were there earlier. Once I got into do my drug and alcohol test they did not accept my first urine sample this has happened to me every time I have used them then you have up to an hour to produce another sample. Oh and they won't tell you why they can't use your first sample and if you walk out or could not produce within an hour you fail ! I have done drug and alcohol testing with several other companies and never deal with what I deal with here . I would recommend all companies that use them to consider other testing facilities. I would rank this one the worst testing facility in Canada. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why all the negative comments... my appointment was supposed to be 90 minutes, but it ended up being almost 2 hours. HOWEVER, they told me when I arrived early that they were backed up and they would do their best to get me in on time. And I was fine with that. I did not get in and out early, but I felt the staff did their best to accommodate a large amount of people thoroughly and to the best of their ability. I also found all the staff I dealt with to be pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and really quite friendly. On top of that they were really personable throughout the testing giving me very thorough instructions and making sure I understood those instructions before I proceeded. I couldn't even find anything negative to comment on. Seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were pleasant enough. My one major complaint is the vagueness of the requirements to get the tests done properly. It would be helpful to know in advance what you are getting into, like how much urine you need to produce or that the "50-lb test" includes a full physical workup and is 1 hour of almost non-stop physical exertion. Passing that that test with the best score would require you to be in above-average health. Most people I know would fail the physical portion based on what I had to do. The one thing that annoyed me the most was how the tester said "you should see a personal trainer" and I was thinking, well bud I'd love to if A) I could afford it and B) they were available readily (ie: COVID).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always know I am walking into a headache when employers choose this company for pre-access testing but today was a new low. Arrival and breath test go like clockwork but when in comes to pee test I can’t provide enough for there requirements for a sample. Okay no worries I am given water to hydrate. Three cups over 45 minutes and I feel good about ability to provide a sample. Fill cup and wash hands only to turn around and hear that the sample is too diluted. Okay so I went from too dehydrated to fill to so over saturated with water that and the following four samples were too diluted “for the lab to except” I was told. Use CannAmm which is also lab tested with all the same paperwork and standards met. I have never had a single issue with them and every time I visit surehire it can be anything from in and out to a circus.
