★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend employers use a different testing facility. We keep having employees coming back saying they are not following proper procedures. When we called about certain issues, they dodge phone calls and don't answer any questions directly. I am still waiting to hear from a Manager. A huge issue is their Medical Review Officer is signing off documents without even talking with the donor. Giving donors sample containers that show no proof they are sterile, splitting samples not in front of donors. Rude, condescending remarks during fit tests. We have a huge employee base and will not be sending anymore employees to Surehire again.
