Good place to fix a rock chip in windshield

Lousy customer service, the customer does not come first at this establishment.

I've had tons of trouble with my overhead door (not originally purchased from sure glass). Sure glass always comes through and has fixed it 3 times outside of business hours when I could not close it. Their crew is friendly and helpful.

I got an immediate quote and repair time estimate for my urgent car window repair. Then, an employee spent 10 mins carefully taping up my window so that I could safely drive until the repair is complete.

Waited over a week to have garage door repaired (Sure Glass fitted it) only to encounter downright rudeness from the owner. We have put lots of business their way but never again. Receptionist is extremely nice and apologized for her boss's rudeness. We got someone else to do it.

The absolute worst business I've ever had do anything for me. I've paid them for two jobs and they handled both like crooks, and with the poorest level of customer service. It was equal to "give us your money and we'll take as long as we want and not finish your job at all". First job was to replace my apartment window, they required me to sign a contact first and pay up front. I decided to trust them and paid them full amount. They walked in said they didn't know what to do until they talk to their boss and then snickered at me when I asked for a payment receipt. After a week they never contacted me, I contacted them and they came back a week later, looked at the window and said they need to talk to their boss again, and left. They resumed to not contact me, I told a well known business owner this and he contacted them about their lack of any commitment and they showed up right away. Pulled the same stunt until we called them AGAIN. 3 months after first contact and they FINALLY brought me my window frame with the glass installed inside, and never even bothered putting it back in the window track. They just left saying "I don't know how to do that". 2nd job was to replace my wind shield in my pontiac grand am, my business owner family member set this up with them so I said fine, I'll try again with this company. Showed up at 8:30 for my appointment and was told by their amazing secretary (she was the only good worker there and the sweetest lady) that their driver with the windshield wasn't there. I said "okay, no problem" as it wasn't a big deal. My girlfriend and I sat for two hours and the driver arrived. We were a bit frusterated as we had an appointment later in the day and they were so late. We still waited and saw the driver and installers standing outside the building smoking and talking for 20 minutes, my car still completely untouched. This is where I lost my composure, I asked the secretary why they're just standing there and if they ever plan to get this job done as we have a schedule. She seeming more upset than us informs me this happens all the time with them and relunctantly asked them start my windshield. Well that finally put a fire under their butts and it got done. The work ethic and customer service of they're staff is poor, and as people they are very disrespectful. Their attitudes with me were careless, and I felt they tried to just take my money and run with the first job. I advise anyone to go to calgary or lethbridge for glass work, and dodge an un-needed and uncomfortable bullet with these guys.

Called and talked to the owner about giving us a quote for our project. He was nice to speak with and said they were two weeks out from booking so he'd call me back in two weeks and go from there. I waited about 2.5 weeks and called back. The secretary answered and had no idea about what I was talking about. She even mentioned that they aren't even doing house quotes any more.
