★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a couple of times to grab trinkets like keychains, mugs and first nations craft items. I always enjoy the variety I get here. The staff seems to have the same faces everytime, and it feels nice to support the local community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a no star rating if I could. I was sent to this place once to do some security work and I was surprised when my relief showed up 90 minutes into my shift. When I called my company to find out what was going on, I was told that they always complain whenever a white person gets sent there. Now I don't want to buy anything from them, because I think that they will not appreciate my business for the same reason. A few months later, my company told me that they pulled the rug out from under us and cancelled our contact suddenly, and then tried to have us come back after all that. From what I heard, we just told them where to go. To anyone who reads this, please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of souvenirs from keychains, magnets and apparel. The prices were quite affordable (under $5 for magnets) than I was expecting even it's convenience by the main tourist area of Gastown.
The service was pretty quick and there wasn't any line ups during the weekdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally understood there were so many tourist when I visited but, I waited to buy only 5 items for 40min.
The thing I was most upset about was when I was about to leave after finishing the bill, when a male employee called me up. He said he had to check the item I bought and found that there was no problem when he checked it, and said, "Maybe the alarm went off because of the item I bought at another shop." But there was no problem with what I bought at the shop before, and then the employee should have apologized. I've already run out of patience because I've been waiting for 40 minutes. I don't intend to visit here again. He treated me like a thief. It's a service that's the worst experience.
