I wasn’t sure if I had the right number when I called because they only said “hello?” So I asked if this was the health store, and she responded very angrily “no this is supplements plus.” I then asked if they had a product in store to which she rudely responded “YES. WE HAVE IT.” After that, she hung up on me. Who treats a potential customer like this? Very bizarre.

I was told (obviously by someone absolutely clueless) that they did. In fact, she said she would put one aside for me. When my husband got home from work, I sent him to pick it up. Turns out they didn't stock the supplement after all and the one that was put aside was the wrong one!

I only had one frustrating experience with a sales person telling me they didn't have a product that, it turns out they did. Unfortunately I had a very frustrating experience with the same sales person recently. I was told the product I wanted didn't exist at first, then that they didn't have it but would call when it was in. They never called. When I called them I was told it was on the shelves the whole time. Extra trip to be met with an unapologetic arrogant buffoon making excuses. I've shifted much of mu purchasing to Food For Life as it's much cheaper. This may be the end for Supplements and me.
