Even though the store was busy, and I clearly have no knowledge about any of the products, they were patient with me and took the time to not only answer all of my questions but also literally teach me about the products they sell. At no point was I being "sold" something and their explanations were easy to understand and helped me make my decision so that when I left the store I knew I was leaving with the best product for me. If you are looking to confidently end up with the right product for you and learn a little while you're at it I cannot recommend this place enough!

Staff member ignored my partner while she was looking in store, continued talking loudly to a friend (or regular customer) about how annoying it is when customers ask 'dumb obvious questions'. Staff member proceeded to be unhelpful and dismissive when my partner asked for assistance/ advice on instore products.
Not the first time we have found the Lethbridge store unhelpful. Will not shop here again.
Comparatively we've found the Medicine Hat store very helpful and would recommend them any day of the week.
