SuperKidz™ Daycare and Preschool Centers

my daughter attended Superkidz from the age of 8.5 months old. She left to start Kindergarten and she was extremely prepared. she was always excited to go to daycare and loved all of her educators. She gets so excited when I tell her we are going to visit. The warm welcome we always receive from the direcot and educators shows us how much they really care about their kids.

We have been at Superkidz for 4 years and absolutely love it. This is a wonderful day care, with amazing educators. Everyone is so caring, and the programs are very fun/educational for the kids. They do special activities with the kids daily. I HIGHLY recommend this daycare, they are just amazing!!

Both my daughters went to this daycare and absolutely loved it. This is a wonderful daycare and the educators are awesome. Very warm and caring environment. The food is great and always fresh. There are fun and educational activities on a daily basis. I highly recommend SuperKidz.

My family loves this daycare. The educators are engaging and animated, my daughter thrived in their care. The director is always available to answer questions and has gone above and beyond to help us out. Worth every penny.

I Was very disappointed in the director and staff due to lack of ethics and professionalism. They need to be more flexible and cue in to a child with special needs. They need to respect a parent concers and follow through. The director is never available to discuss situations and address concerns appropriately to resolve conflicts . The director tries avoid the parent and sit behind computer to send out e-mail and not wanting to speak to me. My Son was not eating balance meal and no one communicates properly unless you tell them about his eating and to write what he eats if he eats anything. Also no observation on the child's behaviour he screaming day and day out and no one know correctly to intervene and calm him down. He is to be put to bed if needs and the response is extra task for the staff which was said by the director herself. Who does that to a child who's brain is not able to carry on unless he get a recharge and that's what he needed to carry out his day. I cannot express how troubling it is to have a teacher who looks after your child and then that same teacher don't speak to the parent but what happens takes out her personality on the child and child complains about that teacher mean and appears unhappy and not wanting to go. He is a human being and a child for feels that this teacher change. The director is ok with this type of behaviour and endorsed it and never on site to follow up or oversee what's happening to the kids. Her words she completely trust staff. I proposed that they go back to school and learn child hood development cause no one was able to detect the child had speech delay and sensory disorder. Her response is that they don't diagnose kids. What about observation she sheet when the kid is screaming all day, doesn't that count for anything. The director was not in favor for him to stay cause it would cost the daycare and yet she was all not honest to say that she could not take on the child with such disability but what does she do push him out and she didn't care if he was able to adjust to another place that it would make him go backwards . She only think of the money and not consider any body feelings for she completely takes the side of the teachers and not think about the parent. They deserve a zero but I can't press that button to show absolute zero. Hopeless and useless and that's how I feel.so much daycares are out there who are better.

Superkidz is a home away from home of my two children whose been there since they were 10 months old until five. I can tell that my kids were taken care of with dignity and respect, they often mention the names of teachers and tell us good stories for what happened each day. My children are now in kinder and grade three and they have their self confidence already, something that they developed during their stay at Superkidz, you taught them as if they were in kinder already. I still remember when we were still able to enter that building, the place is well organized and clean. Thank you guys and wish you all the best.

Absolutely amazing daycare. We met some incredible educators that we will forever remember. The place is clean, organized and well equipped. They also have fun activity’s going on. The love and care that’s given is incredible we are So glad That we chose superkidz for our little one.

Seriously, can I give more stars? My 3 kids are so happy there and well taken care of. Food menu is amazing, varied and healthy, and not limited (my kids can eat!). Plenty of fun activities for the kids, inside or outside. Staff is extraordinary in all the classes my kids went through, everyone brings something special. Management is great too, always quick to respond and very flexible. I'm really happy I found this place.
