c	cheryl hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their dispatcher didn’t send a truck out in sub zero temperatures, leaving 2 woman a young child and a dog to sit in a vehicle all night, when got another call in the morning had excuses for not sending the truck out, to top it all off they were charged $1260.00.

Kent from Superior Towing called us and got to us within 30 minutes and got the car ready to go in no time. Kent went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate that! Not only did the vehicle get delivered to the Superior Towing location, Kent the driver was licensed to complete the repair. Our son was back on the road again in a few hours. I called superior towing and talked to Jo-Anne She was extremely professional, asked all the right question to make sure they brought the right truck for the tow. The price was really good and the tow truck operator was very friendly and got the job done safe. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you superior towing.

Within the hour we were getting hauled on to the truck despite the fact we were a ways south of Edson. The driver was just as awesome. Knew his way around the truck and was great to chat with. If I ever need a tow in this area again hands down I'm calling them.

Did some googling for services in helping my unlock my car. Stumbled upon Kristian who owns Superior Towing Solutions. Kristian was super helpful, showed up and got the car unlocked quickly. Good service and good price for unlocking cars

It wasn't an ordinary situation and they bent over backwards to get us back on the road in a very difficult time.They were extremely professional and all around very genuine people. Jo-Ann went so far as to track a replacement vehicle down for us late at night to have it ready in the morning. I really don't know how we would have made our move possible if it hadn't been for Superior Towing. Ten for ten would recommend in a heartbeat.

Most recently Mike came out to assist in retrieving my tank truck broken down on a muddy hill in the middle of nowhere. This guy knows what he is doing, he is efficient, open-minded while staying calm, cool, and collected. It's great to have this kind of professionalism during these unfortunate circumstances, will use them again.
