Workers caused over 1000 damage to our belongings. Including a wedding dress . Used our hydro after being advised not to. Used our personal belongings
Come and go as they please without knocking. Even after a note on the door saying knock i was walked in on by several workers who did not knock .Leave doors and windows unlocked knowing ur not living there with the heaters cranked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible company. I had an issue with flooding 40 minutes outside of town. I contacted this company later into the evening and they showed up the next morning AFTER walking me through what I could do to minimize the amount of damage. The staff here made me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel and took ahold of the disaster. I didn’t have to do a single thing in repairing or cleaning up any mess! They walked me through what they were doing and how they were going to repair the damage. If your insurance company allows you to choose your restoration contractor then do yourself a favor and call Superior Disaster!
