★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of this company for a number of years. I’ve always been on a fixed price plan. This year they dropped my fixed price without telling me. A fill up that should have cost me around $550 was billed at over $1100. When I called I was on the phone waiting for an hour and a half. The lady told me that was the price but in good faith would take off 10%. The bill is still over $1000. I’m a senior on fixed pension and can’t afford this kind of gouging. They charged me $1.67 a litre. Poor customer service, slow deliver schedules and price gouging. If this is what you like then they are your company.
