Cheapest place in town and awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable. Trust them at filling more than a gas station pump jockey.

One persone says they can set up for us another says they cant well thanks for nothing great customer service. I will now be switching my provider in bc and as well in ab.

Do not deal with Superior ! No propane delivery twice in the dead of winter - no return call, no communication - NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM

On Feb 18 I had issues with a delivery driver pushing on a electronic gate to open instead of waiting for me to open it. I was concerned for it was brand new and he may have damaged it. He claims he would make an incident report. I made my own report to the company. The call taker took the information and told me that superior propane take these issues seriously and someone would contact me within 24/ 72 hours. On March 1st no one contact me. I called again to see if anything was added to my account. Nothing. This time I demanded that someone from superior propane management to call me back. Again the call taker claims that the message would be sent to the proper person(s). Today is April 1st. Still no response. Superior Propane claims alot of things but does not truly mean them.

Service is OK but there is a lot of confusion at the company, not sure why the driver would fill the tanks and then tell us they were out of date, the someone from the office calls and askes when they can come and replace the tanks, the office called back a week later with the same question. Our neighbour has bee waiting for two years to have his tank replaced.

Serious lack of communication and organization. It took me five calls over four months to actually get through to register as new owner of the house. I still have not received my welcome email or package in the mail. One day a delivery driver was honking at the end of our driveway saying we're blocking his way. Two weeks ago I requested a smart meter and fill up knowing that the weather was about to get bad, and I get told it will happen by Jan 7th. They came last week and only did the smart meter. Now we sit here in 2 feet of snow with our tank at 23% worried about using our only heat source that we will run our before they come back to Bowen Island next week.
