Yes the service was friendly, however to find out that my oil filter cap was over torqued causing two pieces under the cap to break off, I was not impressed. Trust this establishment with my vehicle and I will never be bringing my vehicle back. The regional manager was very pushy and disrespectful, very pathetic customer service skills. Made me feel like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. I have yet to hear back from the regional manager and it has been over a week.
