C	Cynthia Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called today starting at 1:30 pm. First of all I can not find any toll free number. Then when you get through with the 905 local, they want you to enter a number of someone you want to reach or choose from the below 6 options! I pick number 1 for Admin for I have no idea which area I need to speak with..... I'm looking for Family Court. Then they want you to pick one of 4 more options. Then pick more options. Then no one answers so you leave a message not even knowing if you left the message in the appropriate area. I called 6 times! Could not get to speak with a human being. NOPE. All I want is service. Direct, knowledgeable information. My call is then forwarded.....to leave a voice mail. I have never seen such a run around. All I can do is wait and hope that someone gets back to me sooooooon. Very disheartening.
D	Dan Greene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling in for the Family court today at 2:30PM, managed to decipher the index [I needed to push 1, 1 (courts admins), 2 (family courts,) 3 (family courts admin)] they are using to direct your call and I was in the proper queue I let it ring for 7 minutes then i heard someone pick up and immediately hang up on me. :-( Second time was a charm and someone picked up and within 3 mins handled my questions. I updated the rating accordingly.
C	Cindy Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The government really needs to improve the customer service. Those court clerks are rigid and not flexible at all. If the rule tell them 2, they don't take 1+1. They refused to take my file simply because I didn't show them the fax log while I have printed email evidence showing them that the other party has received my fax. They don't care that I live 40 kilometer away from the court and have to take a day off to submit file to the court. Careless people.

M	Mike T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have found several of the staff members of this court house , act in bad faith, not a good experience with their staff , they act contrary to court orders, this experience only happened in family court, can’t speak for all, I am sure most of their staff are good, I had a bad experience with some. Laura Gosse is someone who acts in bad faith. It’s a shame the staff in family court act this way, time theft has been a growing concern with this office.

A	Alice Lalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing as a legal professional - compared to the courts in Toronto, the staff here are a delight. Administrators are actually reachable and helpful to boot. I'm always relieved to see my client is in this jurisdiction because admin problems and file queries are MUCH easier to resolve!
