★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed he was read the paper or on his phone but not all of the time I went there maybe once out of ten time there . Plus he couldn't have been having a bad day maybe something bad happened ? Don't judge ppl off the first visit ? he was always kind to me even before he knew I was a father and my daughter will get a free lilpop that he gave her . Also always says hi and have a good day to me ,as I always say it back to him aswell. Over all both owners are nice .
Speaking to the person that gave 1 star maybe you were in a rush and didn't notice that maybe you sounded rude when you asked ? Idk just wondering why ppl can't have patience not hard to wait one min ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wife is great. Greets you. Quickly serves you. Whereas her husband looks at you a very angry face continues to read until he finishes reading his newspaper article before he finally stands up to walk to the other side of the counter to the cash register and just stands there until the customer talks. Then repeats what was stated and then gives you the wrong lotto tickets and without the encore you requested. If you ask him if he has a product he says "yes, over there pointing". He obviously doesn't like people. I stopped going since Christmas 2020 as he obviously doesn't want customers to interrupt his newspaper reading or watching his phone. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have patience and tries to serve every customer as fast as they can. They even try to multi task while one person is paying they check out another person.
To the person that gave one star, everyone is different. People react differently when interacting with others. There are always reasons to why someone may be behaving a certain way towards you. All you can do in return is be kind, kindness goes a long way, it could even make their day better. But considering most of the reviews you post are complaints, less than 3 stars and 1 star without words explaining why, clearly you’re a hard person to please!
