★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very accomodating. My plans changed and I arrived early and then my plans changed again and I had to leave halfway through my visit. In every case they were understanding and helpful. Bravo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check-in process was super slow despite calling ahead and making a reservation. There is no luggage cart. Any other hotel we've been to there's always been a cart. Room was okay..... It was clean and the beds were okay. The TV and cable did not work initially so needed to get someone from the front desk to come and help us. We were on the main floor and the floors above us we're very creaky with the person walking around.
The complimentary breakfast consisted of some yogurt, a few choices of fruit and a nutri-grain bar (only one flavor was available).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved wheelchair room. It wasn't but they corrected.no was wash cloth , ,had to take from another room, windows so dirty couldn't see out, little water pressure in shower, shower needed cleaning. Otherwise ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed for 2 night's the end of September! Bathroom was a bit tired but overall clean and tidy! The staff was very pleasant! As well as housekeeping! I'm a former housekeeper and know its a grueling job! See you all next time! And thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Staff was nice. Negative: They wanted $25. Extra for a pet fee??!! After paying $120. For a basic super 8 that is ridiculous!! Fortunately nice man at desk waived the fee. Breakfast was only coffee/bananas/yogurt/oranges??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is what really sets them apart. I made a mistake while booking and without missing a beat the gentleman at the front helped switch things up and was so accommodating. The rooms are nice and well worth the price. I’d stay again for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in.
When I got into my room the toilet was used and not flushed. When I took a shower the steam set of the smoke detector. I had to go get a staff member who’s solution to this was removing my smoke detector and saying they would put it back when I checked out… How is that safe?
The next morning I had someone open my bedroom door at 7:30am… Check out is at 11:00, so who was given access to my room and why so early? Not even a courtesy knock before opening my door. I was changing! Not impressed.
When I left, the ceiling in the hallway was leaking and the “breakfast” they provided was green bananas and granola bars. The only reason I am giving this hotel even one star is because the bed was comfortable.
