m	mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for one night on august 17 2021, very pricey for no breakfast included, we didn’t end up eating here since it was very pricey. Overall the hotel is outdated needs improving. The beds weren’t comfy, was stuffy in there but they had a fan. They don’t have ac units but they would need a much bigger diesel generator than they have now. They claim to be environmentally friendly but they have cfl incandescent bulbs and diesel generator, would be better if they had solar and led bulbs instead.

There have definitely been some updates since the main photos of the place online were taken - I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! Staff were amazing - super friendly and so helpful at suggesting great things to do. Restaurant food was good, but very expensive - glad we had some snacks and a minifridge in our room to keep some small things. Would definitely stay here again!

She saved us from a logistical headache due to changed plans on our part, and she even worked with the kitchen staff to get us a light meal after hours. Kudos to everyone working on the evening of July 29. The cabin we were in had a comfy bed, a nice hot shower, and was a great place to stay. Highly recommend a stay here for the incredible service and mountain ambiance!

The room was basic but had everything I needed and most importantly was quiet for sleeping. The shower had good water pressure and heat. The food was good, especially the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and offered great advice on things to do in the area. This location was perfect for me, going to the ice fields was close. Internet is only good for sending messages, otherwise no Service. Great value compared to Jasper and Banff prices.

With her help, we changed our plan depending upon availability of the time during our stay in Jasper. We wanted extra fan and it was immediately provided. Very clean and comfy bed. Sunwapta Falls was just in walking distance. The phone and Internet was either dead or extremely slow. I may not blame them for this due to their location in the middle of nowhere. Anyway I was not supposed to look at my screen during my vacation, but old habits die hard.

We booked for 2 nights but we had a change of plan at the last minute so had to cancel one night. The girl at the reception - Sharon I think- she went out of her way to look up the list of hotels in jasper and suggested a few and made phone calls for us to book at the last minute. the rooms were nice and cozy. I liked the connecting rooms. It made it easy for my family of five. The food at the restaurant was great ! We enjoyed our stay there.

Lynn was able to direct us to a few other places to view!! The meals were very filling!!! The waiters/waitresses are absolutely amazing and very friendly. We would stay here again and will probably make it the only place to stay when we return to the area. Thank you for the wonderful stay
