After hiring a commercial cleaning company to clean on our move out and being owed painting twice because of our length of stay by the co-op they still charge $1100 worth of cleaning and painting ?! This is outright STEALING, I hope the board here is ashamed as there is little you can do about it short of hiring a lawyer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were living in sunshine housing co-op. just moved out last month .we hired cleaning company to clean our house . but when we ask our share back , ( we paid 2000$as co-op share, and been promised will give back to us once we move out) they charge us 1100$ for cleaning! they hired one of the co-op members to do the cleaning , she is the co-op president's girl friend and she is the co-op board member as well.
we feel they steal money from us! and we do not know how we get our money back! should we publish this to new paper? will that help? obviously they know it will be not worth to us to get a lawyer to sue them.and I am not a English speaking person so can easy to bully me.

An Allstate insurance broker posted this content on Facebook earlier today, dated April 23,2021
Allstate insurance is investigating a fraudulent home insurance claim submitted by Sunshine co-op board on March 26,2021
Westland insurance,City of Surrey,First onside,Broadway Moving & CHMC were notified
- insurance does not cover rebuilding or fixing units that will be demolished in less than 30 months
Current occupancy agreement expires at the end of September 2023
- unit # 22 lorraine Dubuc no valid insurance provided
The Fraudulent Home insurance claim is punishable up to $100.000 or 5 years in prison.

Sunshine board of directors is trying to kick out a former member of the board and his family for misconduct by the end of July.In meantime the board is doing misconduct themselves by covering the fraudulent insurance claim they submitted back in April and getting a current board member into that place.
Congrats to Sunshine board of directors for FAILING to kick out a family out, wasting over 20K + on legal
fees on PERSONAL issue & and to Mr. David Foulds who resigned..you were the worst president in Sunshine coop history, nobody will miss you except your 20 minions..Goodbye
