My first time tanning and front desk woman (blonde long hair, whom ever you are thank you!) was very informative. made me feel comfortable and felt relaxed. later in the evening i had a couple of questions to ask , and i was put on hold , after about 5 minutes of waiting i was hung up on. i called them back , but as someone who works in a similar industry i can understand getting a bit side-tract. Over all so far so good. Just remember about the customer on the other line :)

I was handed a collections notice for $426.00, then when contacted Sunscape for verification of contract and copy of,they couldn't provide me any documents to substanciate their claim, so in the process my credit has been dinged. Always keep your signed contract in a safe place and and make sure the information on your contract is true and accurate, otherwise You will be placed in collections and pay a false invoice. Buyer be ware.

Great place to tan. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and an added bonus, not only do they watch my puppy while I tan, but they act like I'm doing them a favor ! The prices are great, and everything is kept very clean. I especially like the fact that nobody is trying to sell you stuff you don't want, and the hours are better than any place I've ever tanned. I'm really happy here, and would recommend it highly!

A great place to get RIPPED OFF. DO NOT ever go here. Managers/Owners are non-existent. Staff is not trained professionally. We stopped tanning here as we moved, to another city at the end of June. We were paid up to that point, though we had numerous issues right off the bat with THEIR system. Our banking institution confirmed this. We were directed to send in an email to head office to cancel, which we did. We never heard anything back. Nearly 6 MONTHS LATER & they are sending my husband threats of collections for over $500 in tanning we NEVER SET FOOT IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT TO USE. Owners refuse to address so we are making this very very public. Not a wise move during an already scarce tanning market guys! Cheers ?

I don’t tan that often so I’m not the most knowledgeable on what’s what, but the tanning equipment here does the job well for me, and I never have an issue getting the bed I want. The beds could be cleaned better tho as you can see fingerprints and smudge marks on the upper glass portion of the bed. I always end up having to give it a proper clean myself before hopping in which I shouldn’t have to do, especially during Covid...

Super unprofessional company, that just want your money!!! I went to SunScape Pitt Meadows over 5-6 years ago, was moving to Vancouver Island so had gone in and asked to cancel my membership as I was moving. Was told that was no problem and they would cancel my membership for me, but was not given any sort of cancellation form. Now I find out years later that I am in collections for over $500. Since I do not have a copy of my cancellation I am on the hook for that. Now have seen many posts and reviews having similar problems, so beware!

Used them for a season, then put my account on hold, they charged me $5.00 per month for an entire year, cancelled my account and they continued to charge my card for another 6 months claiming I never cancelled, they are crooks and will steal your money! I will expose them in court!

Abruptly closed there doors and not email clients about it and had emailed them to cancel my Membership because I was NOT ABLE TO GO IN and I’m not commuting to their other locations and they just didn’t cancel it? Now I’ve noticed I’ve been charged for three months. Contacting support is a ansolute nightmare. Terrible.
