★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooooo amazing!!! Leurs classes sont bilingues, les instructeurs sont super, et on se sent vraiment partie de quelque chose de spécial!! They take the time to correct or help you in any way (if you have past or present injuries) and work with yogis of all levels!! I can’t go a week without doing at least one class ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place. It's amazing. Why? First of, great ambiance and you really feel like it's a second home. Second, the place is very clean and is very soothing to be in which is amazing for yoga. Third, and more importantly, the teachers are amazing. They are very skilled, and always listening to your needs, have a great energy. This place also has great values that promote well being and that really is focused on customers. And I cannot write a review without taking about the owner (Ariane), she is a great human being, amazing teacher and mentor and is simply a delight to deal with on a day-to-day basis.
