We explained to Andy that we were going through a company claim for our roof to be redone.
Once the job was done we needed him to provide us an invoice of the purchase of the shingles (which we informed him about before saying yes). We are not being provided with this invoice which makes me feel like the appropriate shingles were not put onto our roof. Andy was very rude to me on the phone and was yelling. My shingles are supposed to be from BP but now I believe he may have just put something else on since he's so hesitant to provide me the proof of purchase.
His guys arrived on time and did the job fast but I was not a fan of the mess and the bunch of cigarette butts left all over my property!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service and quality of work! Andy gave us a solid, no pressure written estimate, which was honoured. Labour and materials were also guaranteed in writing.
He also showed us actual shingle samples, rather than just giving us glossy brochures.
No surprises, no extras once work began, no nonsense. A roof (and also our big garage, in our case) is huge financial expense for homeowners, and we were worried about something that might go wrong. Nothing went wrong, and everything went right!
The Sunrise crew arrived on time, and worked flat-out. The job was done in one day. Proper synthetic underlays and ice & water shields were used. The quality of their work was of the highest order! Also, impeccable clean up... not a speck of debris was on our property when we returned.
Great work, very fair price, excellent service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
