The Company has it so that it can be 100% COVID friendly. Go online, order your parts and pieces to the way you want to configure it and bam, it gets shipped to you. If your handy you can also install yourself. Or they can do it for you. An amazing system that will last for years!

I understood it would arrive unassembled and would take some elbow grease and planning to get this rather large dock( 6, 8x8ft sections) put together and in the water. I did not anticipate how well manufactured the components were and the tolerances used for assembly, mounting, plate and bolt/screw placement, etc.. All I can say is that this is an outstanding product and well worth the effort/cost. Instructions were great and any questions I had Dan and Rob easily answered them. The service came when they would follow up to ensure everything went well. Don't waste your time with other products.
R	Ray Renaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I live in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia and had been looking for a floating dock solution for quite some time and there are quite a few selections out there. We wanted a floating dock that was sturdy and we could leave in the lake all year round and not have to take it in and out in the fall and spring. Our research took us to Canada Docks and what we found was that their product appeared to be the best solution based on construction of the frames, the floats and the ThruFlow decking. We contacted Dan and Rob from Sunrise Docks in Vernon BC and Dan confirmed that we could leave the dock in the lake all year round and even made some recommendations on length of ramp, length and width of dock given the depths of water, chaining materials, anchoring, connectors as well as any accessories he felt would complete the job in terms of ease of use, reliability and safety. Product was ordered and delivered in a timely fashion and the assistance both Dan and Rob provided in making sure the dock was installed properly was outstanding. They were instrumental in making sure it was done right. We've had our dock for two seasons and we love it. We strongly recommend Canada Docks mostly because of the quality of their product and the terrific customer support we received working with Dan and Rob Markin. Happy boating.

As advertised, the dock decking does not heat up in the sun anywhere near as much as composite decking does. Dan has been incredibly helpful with all aspects of our dock purchase, from the design and ordering, to the delivery and set-up and to post-purchase accessories. We highly recommend dealing with Dan and Rob at Sunrise Docks.

I would recomend this dock system to anyone who is looking for a high quality floating dock. The best thing about this dock is that it has a lifetime guarantee and that it's composite decking doesn't need maintenance. Also Dan and Rob were great people to deal with and very helpful!
