β β β β β I recently was planning a trip to Europe, and asked them about the price. They gave me a great deal, however when I was ready to buy, they raised the price by over $100! This is ridiculous, the staff is impolite and always seem to be in a hurry.

β β β β β They said that ticket was none refundaable. The visa card company said that if it was a ticket that was refundable they could do something. Next time i know that 90 days with a credit card might be the best ways . i would not recommend that place. But it was the first time so.

β β β β β Would not recommend coming here to book flights, vacation and trips. I went to get my visa today, and waited 2 hours for the visa lady (crystal) to come. She never came, she called in saying that she would not be able to come back even though she was notified that there was customers waiting for her at her desk when we first arrived. Later on that day, I went back to get my visa application filled out. When we first entered into the building, we sat there and waited in silence as we were ignored while she was on her phone talking with someone else. She didn't even acknowledge us or apologize and tell us that she was on the phone with a customer and that she would help us out after sorting out her airplane issue. While completing my visa form, she inserted the wrong information multiple times and I had to inform her that it was wrong and what was the right answer. She also left us waiting midway through our appointment at her desk as she went and grabbed something from her friend outside. She was very unprofessional and it was disappointing to see anyone work with such a lack of training.
