The triage nurse listened carefully and professionally, the tech who did blood work and other tests was pleasant, supportive and professional. The ER doctor was thorough and empathetic and made me feel a 100% better by attentively listening and doing a thorough assessment. Sunnybrook is my go to hospital!!! Thank you, you were well organized, kind, supportive and your assessment was beyond thorough! Worth every minute of the wait!
R	Renee Laviolette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things at the quality of care I received at Sunnybrook. I was there on April 22 for an abdominal myomectomy. The service was first class starting with my anesthesiologist Dr. Stephanie Ladowski. She made a the experience calm and smooth. I stayed at the HBO wing and the nurses there where second to none. My nurses were Karen, Sharron, Dorris and Catherine. Each one of then was caring, compassionate and really invested in my care. The hospital was very busy and they were short staffed due to COVID but they did their very best and it showed. I would have no concerns going back again should I need another surgical procedure. Thank you for such great care!
A	A Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate lower if I could. I waited 2 years to see a neurologist only to end up seeing his incompetent associate. The guy knew nothing at all!! Even though I was previously diagnosed with an essential tremor he told me I did not have an essential tremor because my hands did not shake when at rest. He was a joke. I have since travelled to another very reputable east coast hospital and saw a professional neurologist that diagnosed me once again with an essential tremor. The Dr stated that had this fool actually knew his stuff, we could have slowed my progression down. He was incompetent and the original Dr I waited 2 years to see is an absolute unprofessional person to have not followed through. Please please seek a second opinion if anything feels wrong. These 2 men are horrible examples of professionals. Be careful!!

At 2am a nurse refused to do the blood test required by the resident. I don't want to imagine how your patients are treated in the middle of this pandemic.

Everyone we came in contact with was kind and compassionate: the security guard, woman at Second Cup, Triage nurse who was so incredibly sweet, person who registered my friend, all of the ER nurses, Dr Mike Romaro, Tiffany, Nurse Ali, the psychiatric resident - I can’t remember all the names - but everyone was kind and professional. Amazing. You made a very positive difference. Thank you all so much for what you did. What a great team you are.

f	farid hosseini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. Everything takes forever in emergency room. Even they don't have any estimate for a regular item like x-Ray. They say 60 min and over 2 hrs later we are still waiting while my dad is being tortured by impossible-to-sleep beds in here. That's after spending almost 7 hours for the doctor to show up. Please note that the emergency room is not busy at all, as you can see in the picture. I wonder how long would it take if it was a busy night. I would go to North York General instead in which I had a better experience. My dad had donated Sunny Broke for years and had some sympathy.. That's why we came here. What a mistake!
